Tips for eye care

Eyes are the most important sense organs!

Taking good care of eyes is not very difficult. The simple steps are,

    1. Maintain good hygiene. Do not touch or rub your eyes.

   2. Do not put any drops or any other substance in your eyes as a routine. There is no such thing as an eye cleaner. Nature has made tears for that purpose and nothing else is really needed.

    3. Wear correct number. If you have number in your eyes and you don't want to wear glasses, consult your Eye Surgeon.

    4. If you have any problem, do not self medicate. Consult immediately.
